Plan your next trunk show.
Enter the show date, the designer and your hours. Get every step worked back from the show, from confirming canvases to receiving what sold, with the emails and posts already written.
How the plan is built.
Every date comes from the show date you enter. Nothing is filled in for you, so check each step against your designer's terms and your own calendar.
Work back from the show
The designer gets confirmed first, two weeks before you announce. Emails go out when you announce, a week before, the day before and the morning of the show, with a last call at the end. Posts and signs follow the same rhythm, so customers who never open email still see it at the counter.
Preorders change the ending
If customers can preorder, the last call moves to the last day to preorder, and the plan adds sending the order to the designer and telling each customer what happens next.
Finish in the register
A trunk show is not done until every canvas sold is in your register under the designer, and every special order is written down. The special order tracker keeps those in one list.
Trunk shows, without the sticky notes. We run classes, clubs and trunk shows for needlepoint shops, from the first email to the last canvas received into your register.
